Role will require to support a Global Strategic Development team to internalize corporate development expertise focused on accelerating growth through new business ventures, alliances, partnerships, investments and acquisitions. Role will require to support this team in originating, executing and integrating strategic transactions worldwide. The objective is to help build a core competency in inorganic strategy development and transaction execution via a multi-horizon pipeline, standardized and repeatable processes, tools and templates as well as in support of a rigorous and disciplined M&A process.The objective of the team is to help build a core competency in inorganic strategy development and transaction execution via a multi-horizon pipeline, standardized and repeatable processes, tools and templates as well as in support of a rigorous and disciplined M&A process.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Inorganic Growth Strategist will work alongside Strategic Development Lead (Healthcare) to support the M&A transaction process for potential and active deals. Key responsibilities will include supporting market intelligence, pipeline management, target company intelligence management and overall administrative support for the team. 1.Assist with strategic market scans and client research that identifies, analyzes, and sizes market opportunities for growth priority areas2.Assist with the identification of targets and maintenance of multi-horizon M&A pipeline 3.Prepare scenario-driven business models to support stand-alone and combined business cases including the P&L impact of potential synergies. Modify and update model based on diligence findings.4.Create target company summary or detailed profiles that include a summary of target offerings & value propositions, revenues, employees, key customers and recent headlines5.Manage target company files including all activities from collecting, consolidating and managing all intelligence gathered through the M&A transaction process 6.Assist with the coordination and scheduling of internal meetings and external management meetings with potential targets7.Participate in management meetings with targets to document findings from across all Accenture participants for inclusion in target company files8.Maintain the Global Strategic Development team document repository on OneDrive/SharePoint 9.Periodically update and prepare status reports on the progress of active deals 10.Update and maintain a tracker of relevant industry precedent transactions with notes on M&A multiples 11.Research industry best practices in M&A, including academic journals, industry newsletters etc. 12.Update and maintain all deliverables associated with M&A transactions in support of the Strategic Development Lead and Leadership Teams13.Assist with the transition of market intelligence to Business Services and Offering Leads to support the organic growth strategy14.Assist with the development of repeatable Global Strategic Development processes and tools to continuously improve the end-to-end process15.Evaluating company-specific financial performance as well as financial scenario modeling
